DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

The DOA guarantee provides a refund or replacement of any plants that die in transit when being shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

In order to be eligible for refund or replacement, DOAs must be reported via email to [email protected] within one hour of receipt. Please include a clear image of the DOA plants.
